We're very excited to announce that Chef Wesley Young will be hosting two of his long-time peers and friends, Chef David Gunawan of Farmers Apprentice and Chef Jacob Deacon-Evans of Nemesis, on Tuesday, July 31st for a celebration of local, seasonal ingredients. The three chefs will be visiting the farmers market to source the best produce of the week, which they will transform into a dynamic, multiple course meal.
Chefs Gunawan, Deacon-Evans, and Young have all spent a long time working together throughout the years at restaurants such as West and Wildebeest. This dinner will be an opportunity for them to synergize their cooking styles once again..
Optional drink pairings will be provided by our sommelier and GM, Alain Canuel; we will also be serving beverages to order by the glass, or the bottle. The price of the dinner will be $70 plus tax + tip. Doors and bar open at 6:30 pm, while dinner will start at 7 pm sharp.
