Please join us on Tuesday, June 5th as we collaborate with our friends over at Heritage Asian Eatery for one night only. Chef Felix Zhou of Heritage and Chef Wesley Young of PiDGiN have combined their current creative inspirations to come up with a $65 5-course sharing menu, incorporating some of their favourite flavour combos and techniques.
Our sommelier and GM, Alain Canuel, will be creating special wine and sake pairings to compliment the chefs' menus. Our service will run throughout the night, as guests will be able to reserve tables between 5:30 pm and 9:00 pm.
